This review article aims to provide comprehensive overview of the association between syndrome pyoderma gangrenosum, emphasizing clinical presentation, challenges in diagnosis management, potential underlying mechanisms. A literature search was conducted gather relevant studies, inclusion exclusion criteria were applied select appropriate articles. The has been documented reported cases studies.
